Inspiration, Motivation and such.
Like I said, my official half-marathon training schedule starts this Monday, the 23rd. I’ve made up a nice chart on Microsoft Word (so technical!) and have planned a gradual progression in mileage until July 9th, when I start really kicking up the training.
